Sessions and Fees

I offer both in-person sessions at locations in Nottingham and on-line.

I work in these locations:

Both centres have car parks and are accessible by public transport.

Ground floor rooms can be arranged

Sessions

  • In-person therapy : £65 for 50 minute session

  • On-line therapy:  £55 for 50 minute session

Reductions are available for students, those on low incomes and trainee counsellors

​

Access to work funding can  be used for Neurodivergent Coaching

I offer a free 30 minute introductory on-line session.

  • This gives you a chance to tell me a little about what you are seeking counselling so that I can assess whether I'm the right therapist to help you.

  • It also gives you a chance to see whether you feel comfortable talking to me.
